With World Cup gold and a silver medal from the Olympics, Mikkelsplass has a long track record in cross-country skiing. He'll be joining us in January for a technique course and to provide greater enjoyment and motivation to get out on the track. The weekend is suitable for the whole family. Combine effective hours on the track with good food, swimming and quality time together.
Friday 26 January:
From 15.00 - Check in
19.00 - Joint dinner in the restaurant.
Evening meeting after dinner.
Theme, basic technique tips and info and planning of the weekend.
Saturday 27 January:
09.15 - We meet outside the reception, for lubrication of the day's fixing wax. Those who skate also meet.
09.30 - Technique tips and practice on the trail just outside the hotel. Video filming for those who want it.
13.00 - Lunch in the restaurant
After lunch: Video walkthrough of the morning session, for those who want to see themselves skiing.
14.30 New skiing session. Maybe we have something to practise after watching the video?
17.30 - 18.30 Basic lubrication course.
19.00 - Joint dinner in the restaurant
Sunday 28 January:
Ski trips for those who want to, in peace and quiet you can practice things we have talked about during the weekend.
And for those who want to brush up on their technique, we're working on it on the trails around the hotel.
The aim of the weekend is for you to go home with greater motivation to go skiing. Have specific things to think about and practice when you go skiing, and get more out of each skiing trip.

Adult: 3450,-
Children up to and including 15 years: 1450,-
The price includes two nights' accommodation Friday to Sunday, full programme as mentioned above and meals. Lunch on Saturday is also included in the price.
Drinks and any single room supplement of SEK 300 will be added.
