CONFERENCE

We value professional content, fresh air and good food. We do our outmost to ensure that you have the opportunity to be inspired, enjoy good team spirit and leave with a good experience.

With a focus on hospitality and flexibility

We facilitate good and safe course experiences in the mountains and customise our premises to suit your needs. In the Amundsen Hall, which is our largest course hall, it is possible to set up chairs for up to 100 people. If you want tables for all course participants, the capacity is up to 50 people.

Audiovisual equipment; projector/large screen/TV/sound system with speakers and wireless microphone, headset and mosquito microphone for long-term use. We also have a flipchart and lectern. If, for example, you want to split into smaller groups with several course rooms, this is also possible with us.

What kind of catering do you want? That's entirely up to you.

We have skilled chefs who take on every challenge with real commitment, from traditional home cooking to gourmet. We dare to say that here at Oset we know how to put the icing on the cake when the food comes to the table.

We make sure your energy levels stay up with refreshments during the course programme. Then round off the day with a delicious dinner, either in our restaurant or separately in one of our charming rooms.

Teambuilding at Oset

Teambuilding

Strengthen team spirit by including team building in your programme. In collaboration with M-Event, we offer a customised programme with activities that create good and fun experiences for your group.

Examples of activities include 5/7/10 games, GeoQuestor, tug-of-war, skiing, kicking or tobogganing competitions, dog sledding, snowmobiling, clay pigeon shooting and much more.

If you want a different type of content, we have our own mini-event agency on site. Quizzes, team building, nature trails and cosy gatherings around the campfire are just some of the things we can customise.

Active conference

Start the conference day a little earlier and include a longer lunch break with the possibility of time outdoors.
Whether it's snowshoeing, skiing on the cross-country trails or going faster in the alpine centre, we have activities to suit everyone.

We're happy to light a fire in the lavvu and also offer food and refreshments here.

Spring/summer/autumn is an excellent opportunity to combine a conference with hiking in the mountains or cycling in one of Norway's most beautiful networks of cycle paths. Can we also tempt you with a trip on the fjord with boat and fishing?

Our recommendation in any case: Take your lunch out - have fun together.
